The institution is not required to purchase an ongoing subscription for students who graduate or leave on their own accord. Only new students will be considered in the calculation. Calculation Example: First Invoice-100 students X $20 a month for three months = $2,000. After 3 months, the institution loses 10 students but gains only 5 back. The second invoice-95 students X $20 a month for three months = $1,900. However, The Musgrove Food Index would continue subscriptions for 105 students, as long as their former institution remains a partner. To maintain current enrollment coverage, the institution simply provides an updated CSV enrollment file on a quarterly, trimester, semester, or other mutually agreed academic schedule. The file should include newly enrolled students whom the institution wishes to add to the program. Students who graduate, complete their program, or otherwise leave the institution retain their existing Musgrove Food Index subscription at no additional cost to the institution, provided the institution maintains its Educational Partnership License. The instructions below will guide you through preparing your file correctly and uploading it so your information can be processed accurately and efficiently. Please follow each step carefully and ensure your CSV file follows the required format before uploading. This will help prevent errors and ensure that your subscriptions and account information can be set up properly. Back Keep the following in mind when setting up your import file: You can import a maximum of 100 custom fields and include up to 200 columns. Include a header row in your file. Each header will match up to a field within Wix Contacts. You can include values for any of the default Wix Contacts fields or custom fields you've added. Make sure each row in your file contains an email address or phone number. Make sure your import file contains fewer than 20,000 contacts. Make sure any date fields are in the following format: YYYY-MM-DD. Make sure your file is a CSV file in UTF-8 encoding . Make sure your contact email addresses are correct.
